ree

ree

How are you today? Very well. And you? I am very good too. You look smart today. You look gorgeous too. Your hair is glomourous. You have a nice hair cut this summer. 。。that's how teens react with each other.

2. 興奮

ree

3. 壓力

ree

6. 自信

ree

ree

Teenagers may experience a variety of emotions as they face the start of school, often related to change, new responsibilities, and social pressures. Here are some possible emotions that we parents need to pay attention to:

1. Anxiety

Teenagers may feel nervous and uneasy at the beginning of a new semester, especially if they are dealing with new teachers, new classmates, or new subjects. In Year 7 - 11, it is always uneasy for them to get adapted to the burdening syllabus and massive amount of information to be studied.

2. Excitement

Some teens may be excited about the start of school, looking forward to reuniting with friends and participating in new classes and activities.

3. Stress

Academic pressure and coursework demands can cause some teens to feel stressed out. They may worry about performing poorly or coping with difficult situations.

4. Unsettled

Teenagers may feel uneasy in new situations, especially if they have just transferred or changed schools.

5. Social Anxiety

Some teens may experience social pressure and worry about getting along with classmates or adjusting to new social circles.

6. Self-Confidence

Teenagers' self-confidence may be affected when school starts, especially if they have experienced academic or social challenges.

7. Fatigue

Teenagers may experience changes in their schedules during the summer break, and the gradual adjustment back to school may make them feel fatigued.

8. Sense of loss

Some teens may feel lost because the freedom and leisure time of summer vacation is over.

9. Motivation and goals

On the other hand, some teens may feel motivated when school starts, setting new academic and personal goals.

It is important for parents and caregivers to understand these emotions, encourage teens to express their feelings, and provide support and comfort. Establish a positive learning and social environment to help them transition smoothly into the new term. If a teen's emotional problems persist or become severe, professional mental health support may be needed.
